Why Are We Called A Gym?

Many of us have memberships to fancy fitness centers that help us keep our bodies conditioned. But what if there was a gym for your mental health, a place to learn to calm the mind, to open the body, to feel connected and free from stigma?

Our goal is to build that gym and change the way we think about mental health for good.

But we’re not quite there yet. This journey has only just begun.

Our vision is to offer a wide range of services to promote mental wellness. We’re starting with one-on-one counseling, though we endeavor to expand into other avenues as we help more and more people.

Some of these additional services may include guided meditation, expressive dance meditation, yoga, group therapy, and even float tanks.

We’re more than just a therapy practice. We want to be a one-stop “gym” where everyone can rejuvenate and recalibrate their mind and body.
