Anxiety & self-doubt

Anxiety doesn't have to run your life

“Being confident doesn’t mean you’re not afraid. Confidence is the willingness to do what is needed despite your worries.”

When anxiety runs the show

You overthink every email, dread social plans, and lie awake rehashing awkward conversations from 2019.

Saying “no” makes you feel guilty. Speaking up feels risky.

On the outside, you’re holding it together—but inside, it’s nonstop self-doubt, spiraling thoughts, and the sense that you’re one mistake away from losing it.

Our future endeavors

Our goal

Many of us have memberships to fancy fitness centers that help us keep our bodies conditioned. But what if there was a gym for your Mental Health? A place to learn to calm the mind. To open the body. To feel connected, free from stigma.

Our goal is to build that gym and change the way we think about mental health for good.

But we’re not quite there yet. This journey has only just begun.

promote mental wellness

Our vision

Our vision is to offer a wide range of services to promote mental wellness. We’re starting with one-on-one counseling, though endeavor to expand into other avenues as we help more and more people.

Some of these additional services may include guided meditation, expressive dance meditation, yoga, group therapy and float tanks.

We’re more than just a therapy practice. We want to be a one-stop “Gym” where everyone can recalibrate their mind and body.

What calm actually looks like

You stop overanalyzing everything. You say what you mean without panicking.
You get through a tough week without shutting down or snapping.
And maybe for the first time in forever, you enjoy a Sunday morning without a full-blown existential crisis.
You’re still busy—but now you’ve got tools.

Why work with me

Think of this like mental strength training.
I use structured, practical tools (like DBT) to help you understand what you’re feeling, why it shows up, and how to manage it.

I won’t just nod—I’ll help you get unstuck.

We’ll build emotional awareness and real coping skills.

Who this type of therapy is for:

You can’t shut off your brain
You look fine but feel like a mess
You say yes when you want to say no
You replay every conversation on loop
Your inner critic is very loud
