Emotions don't have to feel impossible to navigate

“Emotions are neither good nor bad, they're informative and rooted in our survival. It's our thinking, which shapes our emotions that we need to be mindful of. Our thinking has the biggest influence on how we experience life.”

Feelings?
What feelings?

You’re holding it together—mostly.

Work is stressful, your partner’s frustrated, and you feel like you’re failing at all of it.

You don’t know what you're feeling half the time—just that it builds until it either explodes or shuts you down.

You say, “I’m fine,” but you’re not sleeping, you’re snapping more, and you're one sideways comment from losing it.

Our future endeavors

Our goal

Many of us have memberships to fancy fitness centers that help us keep our bodies conditioned. But what if there was a gym for your Mental Health? A place to learn to calm the mind. To open the body. To feel connected, free from stigma.

Our goal is to build that gym and change the way we think about mental health for good.

But we’re not quite there yet. This journey has only just begun.

promote mental wellness

Our vision

Our vision is to offer a wide range of services to promote mental wellness. We’re starting with one-on-one counseling, though endeavor to expand into other avenues as we help more and more people.

Some of these additional services may include guided meditation, expressive dance meditation, yoga, group therapy and float tanks.

We’re more than just a therapy practice. We want to be a one-stop “Gym” where everyone can recalibrate their mind and body.

What getting it together actually looks like

You figure out what you’re feeling before it boils over.
You learn how to talk about what’s going on without freezing or freaking out.
You start feeling more connected—instead of just trying not to mess things up.
You're calmer, more grounded, and actually kind of proud of how you’re showing up.

Why work with me

I'm not here to give you a feelings chart and ask about your childhood (unless that’s your thing).

I help men understand what’s going on under the surface—then give you tools to deal with it.

I’ve worked with tons of guys who came in not knowing what they needed—just that something wasn’t working.

We’ll take the pressure off and figure it out, one step at a time.

Who this type of therapy is for:

You keep saying “I’m fine” when you’re definitely not
Your partner says you don’t listen, and you honestly don’t know how
You swing between silence and snapping
You feel like you’re failing as a dad, husband, or partner
You don’t know what you’re feeling—just that it’s a lot
